DeleteJess, can the Modern Masters metallic paint be applied directly to an old finish or does the piece need to be sanded or primed first? I have a glossy white vanity that I want to use this paint on.

ReplyDeleteI would definitely sand first just to ensure proper adhesion! Nothing major or intense -just scuff the gloss with a 180 or 220 grit paper and you should be golden!
